✨ Technical Specifications
Crafted by the pioneering organic estate Emiliana, the Tais Pinot Noir Rosé is a beautiful expression of Chile's cool-climate coastal terroirs within the Aconcagua region, specifically the Casablanca Valley. The name 'Tais' pays homage to the concept of connection and harmony with nature, a core philosophy of Emiliana's biodynamic and organic viticulture. Sourced from vineyards heavily influenced by the cooling breezes of the Pacific Ocean, the grapes undergo a gentle direct pressing to extract a delicate pale pink hue and vibrant acidity. Fermented entirely in stainless steel to preserve its pristine fruit character, this rosé captures the elegant, bright red fruit notes of coastal Pinot Noir, reflecting a pure and sustainable expression of Chilean winemaking.
🍾 About the Producer
Founded in 1986 by the Guilisasti family, Emiliana has grown to become the world's leading producer of organic and biodynamic wines. In the late 1990s, visionary director Rafael Guilisasti partnered with renowned consulting winemaker Álvaro Espinoza to pioneer ecological viticulture across Chile's most prestigious wine regions, including the Casablanca, Maipo, Colchagua, and Cachapoal Valleys. Guided by Demeter-certified biodynamic farming principles, Emiliana eliminates synthetic inputs in favor of natural preparations and native biodiversity to authentically reflect terroir. The estate is widely celebrated for its flagship biodynamic red blends, notably Coyam and Gê, as well as expressive single-vineyard expressions of Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah.
