Sebastián Zuccardi crafts this wine using concrete vessels for fermentation and aging, completely avoiding oak to prevent any masking of the grape's pure, mineral-driven identity. The name 'Polígonos' refers to the geometric borders used by soil scientists to map the complex alluvial soils of the region.
