This wine represents a milestone as the first premium line to bear the family name. Sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Uco Valley—specifically Gualtallary and El Cepillo—the grapes thrive in sandy-loam soils rich in calcium carbonate. The extreme diurnal temperature variation of these high-elevation sites preserves natural acidity while allowing the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to develop deep concentration and refined tannins. Fermented in concrete vessels and aged in a combination of concrete and French oak barrels, the wine showcases a beautiful tension between ripe dark fruit, black pepper, and a distinct mineral backbone characteristic of the Uco Valley's alluvial soils.
