Sourced from the esteemed Red Heaven Vineyard, situated on the warm, southwest-facing slopes of the Red Mountain AVA, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a powerful testament to one of Washington State's most celebrated terroirs. The vineyard is famous for its intense solar exposure and well-drained, gravelly soils, which force the vines to struggle and produce small, highly concentrated berries. Winemaker Charlie Hoppes coaxes incredible depth from this site, utilizing traditional fermentation and aging in premium French oak barrels. The resulting wine is renowned for its deep ruby hue, robust structure, and signature Red Mountain characteristics of dark cocoa, ripe blackberry, and dusty minerality, framed by firm, age-worthy tannins.

Established in 2000 by veteran Washington winemaker Charlie Hoppes, Fidelitas is an artisanal winery dedicated to showcasing the distinct terroir of the Red Mountain AVA in Washington State.
