Firriato's Quater Bianco, also known as Quater Vitis, is a liquid tapestry celebrating Sicily's rich viticultural heritage. The name 'Quater' refers to the harmonious union of four of the island's most defining white grape varieties: Catarratto, Grillo, Inzolia, and Zibibbo. Sourced from the estate's sustainably farmed vineyards in the Trapani countryside, each variety is vinified separately to respect its unique ripening cycle and character before being artfully blended. The Zibibbo infuses the wine with an exotic, aromatic perfume, while Grillo lends backbone and crisp acidity. Inzolia contributes a delicate, nutty elegance, and Catarratto rounds out the palate with body and structure.
