✨ wine.spec_sheet

Crafted by the legendary natural winemaker Frédéric Cossard, 'Les Genevrières' is a remarkably pure expression of Burgundy Pinot Noir. The name of the parcel, 'Les Genevrières,' nods to the wild juniper bushes (genévriers) that historically bordered these vineyards, hinting at the rustic, herbal complexity found in the glass. Cossard approaches this cuvée with his signature non-interventionist philosophy: utilizing whole-cluster fermentation with indigenous yeasts, avoiding any pumping or filtration, and bottling entirely without added sulfur. The result is a vibrant, living wine that captures the raw energy of the terroir, showcasing bright red berry fruit, earthy undertones, and a silky, ethereal texture that defines Cossard's highly sought-after style.
