Born from his desire to explore the limits of skin maceration, this orange wine undergoes extended contact with grape skins, often utilizing Georgian qvevris (clay amphorae) for fermentation and aging. This ancient technique coaxes out deep amber hues, complex phenolic structures, and an array of exotic aromatics ranging from dried orange peel and black tea to wild mountain herbs.
