The iconic Cordon Rouge, adorned with the red sash of the French Legion of Honour since 1876, found its ultimate high-octane showcase as the official champagne of Formula 1 podiums for decades. This Limited Edition Black Label F1 pays homage to that thrilling heritage of speed and victory. Crafted primarily from Pinot Noir, which provides structure and power, the blend is balanced by the elegance of Chardonnay and the round fruitiness of Pinot Meunier. Sourced from dozens of distinct Champagne crus, the wine undergoes traditional bottle fermentation and is aged on its lees for a minimum of 30 months, resulting in a complex profile of fresh yellow stone fruits, brioche, and a signature crisp, mineral finish.

Champagne G.H. Mumm blev grundlagt i Reims i 1827 af Mumm-brødrene og deres partnere og hører til blandt de mest legendariske og fremtrædende huse i Champagne. Husets ikoniske status blev for alvor slået fast i 1876, da Georges Hermann Mumm prydede flaskerne med det berømte røde silkebånd – inspireret af Æreslegionens Grand Cordon – som et symbol på husets urokkelige motto: »Kun det bedste«. Med solide rødder i omfattende Grand Cru-besiddelser, særligt på Montagne de Reims, bygger Mumms vinstil på Pinot Noir-druens struktur, friskhed og kraftfulde karakter.
