G.H. Mumm's RSRV Blanc de Blancs Brut is a legendary expression born from the historic terroir of Cramant, a Grand Cru village in the Côte des Blancs where Mumm acquired its first Chardonnay parcels in 1882. The 'RSRV' designation pays homage to the house's historic 'Reversé' cellar book, where exceptional cuvées were reserved exclusively for the cellar master's inner circle and favored guests. Crafted entirely from 100% Grand Cru Chardonnay, this Champagne is distinguished by its unique production method: bottled at a lower pressure of 4.5 bars instead of the standard 6. This traditional style creates an incredibly fine, creamy effervescence. Aged on its lees for a minimum of three years, the wine beautifully marries the chalky, mineral-driven precision of Cramant with a rich, brioche-laden complexity, presented in a historically inspired narrow-necked bottle designed to slow aging.
