✨ wine.spec_sheet

The RSRV Blanc de Noirs from G.H. Mumm is a prestigious cuvée steeped in the house's exclusive heritage. Historically, the 'RSRV' designation—standing for 'Recherché, Surchoix, Rare, Vignoble'—was reserved solely for a private circle of the cellar master's friends and favored clients, marked in the cellar books with these four letters. This exceptional Champagne is crafted entirely from Pinot Noir sourced from the historic Grand Cru village of Verzenay on the Montagne de Reims. Verzenay's north-facing, chalk-rich slopes impart a signature tension, power, and precise minerality to the grape. Following traditional Méthode Champenoise, the wine undergoes extended cellar aging on its lees for a minimum of six years, resulting in a complex, structured profile that beautifully balances rich stone fruit notes with a vibrant, mineral-driven backbone.
