✨ Technical Specifications

Named in honor of the dramatic, lace-like limestone peaks of the Dentelles de Montmirail that dominate the landscape of Gigondas, this cuvée from Maison Gabriel Meffre captures the rugged elegance of the southern Rhône. The vines thrive in a unique microclimate where the jagged cliffs provide shelter from the fierce Mistral wind while reflecting the Mediterranean sun. Crafted primarily from Grenache and Syrah grown on stony, clay-limestone slopes, the wine undergoes traditional vinification and aging to preserve its intense dark fruit character, notes of wild garrigue, and refined tannic structure. It stands as a tribute to the historic village where Gabriel Meffre first established his winery in 1936.
