Named in honor of the historic heritage of the Rhône Valley, the Gabriel Meffre 'Saint-Etienne' Blanc is a beautiful expression of the region's classic white winemaking tradition. Sourced from selected vineyards across the Côtes du Rhône, this cuvée pays homage to the historical Saint-Etienne, reflecting the deep-rooted cultural and religious history that has shaped the southern French landscape for centuries. The terroir here is defined by a mosaic of limestone, clay, and stony soils, which are bathed in Mediterranean sunshine and cooled by the legendary Mistral wind. To preserve the delicate floral aromas and vibrant stone fruit characters of the traditional southern Rhône white varietals, the wine is crafted with meticulous temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, avoiding oak contact. The result is a beautifully balanced, aromatic, and refreshing white wine that captures the sunny, expressive spirit of its historic homeland.
