✨ Technical Specifications

Named after the historic 10th-century Romanesque chapel in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gabriel Meffre's Saint-Théodoric represents a classic expression of this legendary southern Rhône appellation. The wine is sourced from vineyards featuring the famous galets roulés—large, heat-retaining clay-limestone pebbles—which contribute to the deep concentration and structure of the fruit. Traditionally crafted to showcase the warmth and complexity of the region, it undergoes meticulous vinification and aging to harmonize robust tannins with rich fruit character, offering notes of dark berries, licorice, and wild garrigue.
