✨ Technical Specifications
Named in honor of Saint Vincent of Saragossa, the patron saint of winemakers whose feast day in January marks the traditional resumption of work in the vineyards, this cuvée from Maison Gabriel Meffre celebrates the vibrant heritage of the southern Rhône Valley. Crafted from classic regional white varieties grown on stony, clay-limestone soils, the wine undergoes gentle pneumatic pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel to preserve its bright, aromatic profile. It captures the essence of the sun-drenched Mediterranean climate, offering a harmonious balance of fresh stone fruits, delicate floral notes, and a crisp, mineral-driven finish.
