Named in honor of Saint Vincent of Saragossa, the patron saint of winemakers whose feast day on January 22nd marks a traditional moment of celebration and pruning in the vineyards, this rosé from Maison Gabriel Meffre pays homage to centuries of Rhône Valley viticulture. Crafted primarily from classic Southern Rhône varieties grown on sun-drenched, stony terraces, the wine is produced using gentle direct pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation to preserve its vibrant fruit character and delicate pale pink hue. It captures the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle, balancing the warmth of the Southern French sun with the refreshing, wind-swept influence of the Mistral.
