Crafted by the legendary Gaja family, Sito Moresco is an elegant testament to the innovation of Piedmont's Langhe region. The name translates to 'Moresco's site,' paying homage to the former owner of the historic vineyard in Barbaresco, Giovannini Moresco, from whom Angelo Gaja acquired the property in 1979. This red blend artfully marries the noble, structured Nebbiolo of Piedmont with the plush, approachable characters of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermented in stainless steel and aged for approximately 12 months in oak barriques, it offers a harmonious bridge between traditional Piedmontese character and international refinement, showcasing bright red fruit, refined tannins, and a subtle herbal complexity.
