While Domaine Geantet-Pansiot is legendary for its muscular and deeply colored Gevrey-Chambertin reds, their Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits Blanc showcases the estate's deft hand with white Burgundy. Sourced from the high-altitude plateau of the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, where cooler breezes and limestone-rich soils prevail, this wine captures a vibrant, energetic side of Chardonnay. The higher elevation of these vineyards historically made ripening a challenge, but today it yields beautifully balanced wines with crisp acidity and a distinct mineral backbone. The Geantet family applies the same rigorous sorting and precise craftsmanship to this white as they do to their Grand Crus, resulting in a beautifully textured, pure expression of terroir that punches far above its regional classification.

Founded in 1954 by Edmond Geantet and Bernadette Pansiot, Domaine Geantet-Pansiot is a celebrated family-run estate based in the renowned Côte de Nuits village of Gevrey-Chambertin, Burgundy. The domaine expanded considerably under the direction of Edmond's son Vincent, who joined in 1982, and is now guided alongside Vincent's son Fabien, preserving a dedicated generational craft. Revered for rigorous vineyard stewardship and meticulous sorting at harvest, the estate employs extensive cold pre-fermentation maceration and judicious oak aging to craft wines of remarkable depth, velvety texture, and aromatic purity. Domaine Geantet-Pansiot is particularly acclaimed for its old-vine Pinot Noir expressions across prestigious terroirs, ranging from Bourgogne and Marsannay to Premier and Grand Cru appellations such as Charmes-Chambertin.
