Château de Nervers, nestled in the heart of the Brouilly appellation, is a historic estate dating back to 1830 when it served as a grand hunting lodge. For generations, the same family has tended its vineyards, with the legendary 'King of Beaujolais,' Georges Duboeuf, bringing their exceptional fruit to the world stage. Crafted entirely from the Gamay grape, this wine reflects the unique terroir of Brouilly, where vines dig deep into pink granite and blue volcanic soils at the foot of Mont Brouilly. Utilizing traditional semi-carbonic maceration, the winemakers preserve the vibrant, primary fruit character of the grape. The result is a classic Cru Beaujolais that marries historical elegance with a joyful, expressive personality, showcasing notes of ripe red berries, peony, and a subtle, stony minerality.

Les Vins Georges Duboeuf har hjemsted i Romanèche-Thorins i det franske Beaujolais og blev grundlagt i 1964 af Georges Duboeuf, der ofte hyldes som 'Kongen af Beaujolais'.
