✨ wine.spec_sheet

Crafted by the visionary winemaker Gérard Bertrand, the 'Change' range represents a dedicated commitment to biodiversity and sustainable viticulture in the wind-swept terroirs of the Pays d'Oc. This Grenache Rosé is a vibrant tribute to the Mediterranean art de vivre, sourced from vineyards transitioning to organic farming. The Grenache grapes thrive in the sun-drenched, clay-limestone soils of southern France, where they benefit from cooling maritime breezes that preserve their natural acidity. To capture its signature pale hue and delicate aromatics, the grapes undergo gentle direct pressing followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. The result is a beautifully expressive rosé that tells the story of a changing, more harmonious relationship between the winemaker and the land.
