✨ Technical Specifications
Crafted by the visionary winemaker G rard Bertrand, a champion of biodynamics and sustainability in the South of France, the 'Change' range represents a dedicated commitment to protecting biodiversity and supporting winegrowers transitioning to organic farming. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from select vineyards within the IGP Pays d'Oc, where the warm Mediterranean climate is tempered by cooling maritime breezes and altitude. This unique terroir allows the grapes to achieve optimal ripeness while preserving their essential, vibrant acidity. Vinified entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to protect its delicate aromatics, the wine showcases a pure expression of the grape, free from oak influence, reflecting the pristine natural heritage of the Languedoc landscape.
