✨ wine.spec_sheet

Crafted by Gerard Bertrand, the visionary winemaker and former rugby champion who has dedicated his life to showcasing the diverse terroirs of the South of France, the Chardonnay Reserve Speciale is a vibrant tribute to the Languedoc landscape. Sourced from selected vineyards along the Mediterranean coast where cooling sea breezes temper the warm sunshine, this 100% Chardonnay beautifully balances freshness and complexity. Historically, the Languedoc was overlooked for premium varietals, but Bertrand's pioneering spirit helped redefine the region's potential. The wine undergoes careful temperature-controlled fermentation, with a portion aged in oak barrels to impart a delicate roundness, subtle notes of toasted brioche, and hazelnut, alongside classic aromas of white flowers, citrus, and ripe pear.
