Gerard Bertrand's Cote des Roses series celebrates the Mediterranean art de vivre and the diverse terroir of the Languedoc. Sourced from select vineyards across the Pays d'Oc IGP, this Sauvignon Blanc benefits from a warm Mediterranean climate tempered by cooling sea breezes, allowing the grapes to retain their signature vibrant acidity. Vinified entirely in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats to preserve its fresh, aromatic profile, the wine bursts with notes of citrus, passionfruit, and flinty minerality. A defining feature of this cuvee is its iconic bottle, featuring a base beautifully sculpted in the shape of a rose, created by a designer from the Ecole Boulle, symbolizing a lasting bouquet of flowers in every pour.
