Once a sanctuary and hospice for medieval pilgrims journeying along the Mediterranean coast, the estate under Gérard Bertrand has become a beacon of biodynamic viticulture. This exceptional red cuvée is crafted primarily from Syrah and Mourvèdre grown on south-facing limestone terraces overlooking the sea. The vines benefit from intense Mediterranean sunshine tempered by cooling marine breezes, imparting a unique saline freshness to the wine's intense concentration.
