✨ wine.spec_sheet

Crafted by Gérard Bertrand, a visionary winemaker and former rugby champion who has dedicated his life to elevating the terroirs of the South of France, this classic Grenache-Syrah-Mourvèdre blend is a vibrant tribute to the Mediterranean art of living. Sourced from sun-drenched vineyards across the Languedoc, the grapes thrive in a landscape defined by scrubland (garrigue), clay-limestone soils, and cooling maritime breezes. Grenache provides luscious red berry flavors and warmth, Syrah contributes deep color, structure, and cracked black pepper notes, while Mourvèdre infuses the blend with dark wild fruit and a rustic, savory complexity. The winemaking combines traditional fermentation with careful temperature control, and a portion of the blend is often aged in French oak barrels to soften the tannins, resulting in a rich, harmonious red wine that captures the wild, wind-swept spirit of the Languedoc.
