✨ wine.spec_sheet

Crafted by the visionary GΓ©rard Bertrand, 'Hommage Vignerons' is a heartfelt tribute to the generations of dedicated winegrowers who have sculpted the rugged, sun-drenched terraces of the Roussillon. This red blend captures the wild, untamed spirit of the French South, typically blending classic Mediterranean varieties such as Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan. The vines thrive in a harsh landscape of schist, limestone, and clay soils, battered by the dry Tramontane wind and baked by the intense Mediterranean sun. Bertrand, a former rugby champion turned biodynamic pioneer, utilizes traditional maceration alongside careful barrel aging to preserve the intense dark fruit, garrigue herb, and spicy mineral character that defines this historic terroir.
