✨ wine.spec_sheet

Crafted by the visionary winemaker Gérard Bertrand, Kosmos is a tribute to the harmonious relationship between the vine, the earth, and the celestial forces. Sourced from organic and biodynamically farmed vineyards across the sun-drenched Languedoc region of Southern France, this expressive red blend typically unites Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Carignan. The name reflects Bertrand's deep commitment to biodynamics, where vineyard practices align with cosmic rhythms. Grown on diverse clay-limestone soils and shaped by the dry Mediterranean winds, the grapes undergo traditional vinification with a portion aged in French oak barrels. The resulting wine is a rich, velvety tapestry of dark berry fruits, wild garrigue herbs, and sweet spices, embodying the wild beauty and ancient viticultural heritage of the Languedoc.
