Gérard Bertrand, a former professional rugby player who championed the terroirs of the South of France, created the Réserve Spéciale range to showcase the pure varietal expression of the Languedoc's signature grapes. This Syrah Rosé is born from coastal vineyards where Mediterranean breezes temper the warm sun, allowing the grapes to develop balanced sugars and acids. Harvested primarily at night to lock in freshness, the Syrah undergoes a gentle direct pressing. The resulting wine beautifully captures the spirit of the region, offering a delicate pink hue, vibrant red berry aromas, and a characteristic hint of white pepper that reflects the rugged, wild garrigue landscape of its home.
