Named to mark the revival and rebirth of this historic Aberdeenshire distillery, which was founded in 1797, the Renaissance collection showcases how the malt's character evolves over time, typically starting from a 15-year-old expression up to an 18-year-old. Located in the fertile Garioch district—historically known as the 'Granary of Aberdeenshire' due to its exceptionally fine barley crops—the distillery utilizes local water and traditional production methods. This single malt is crafted using non-chill filtration and is bottled at cask strength, preserving its rich, full-bodied profile of warm honey, toasted malt, baked apricots, and signature Highland heather spice.
