The Highland Single Malt Sherry Cask Matured 15 Year Old undergoes a patient maturation entirely in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks. This intense wood contact wraps Glen Garioch's signature robust, honeyed, and slightly waxy spirit in layers of rich dried fruits, warm baking spices, dark chocolate, and orange peel. The local barley and historic water source from the Silent Spring combine with traditional production methods to yield a deeply complex dram that honors over two centuries of distilling heritage.
