The 'Garioch' lands have been famed for centuries as the 'Granary of Aberdeenshire,' renowned for producing some of the finest barley in the country. Distilled in 1999 and bottled in 2011 as Batch 11, this expression captures the distillery's signature robust, waxy, and honeyed character. The spirit's deep complexity is a testament to traditional production methods, including the use of copper pot stills that yield a heavy, full-bodied distillate.
