This single cask release, matured in a hand-selected ex-bourbon barrel, showcases the distillery's robust, honeyed, and malt-forward character. The ex-bourbon wood imparts rich layers of creamy vanilla, toasted coconut, and sweet spices to the spirit, beautifully balancing the distillery's signature heather-honey and orchard fruit notes. Traditional direct-fired copper pot stills and historical floor maltings contribute to a heavier, more complex spirit cut, making this single cask expression a true testament to artisanal Highland distilling heritage.
