Glenfiddich Fire & Cane is a bold, boundary-pushing release from the historic Dufftown distillery in Speyside, Scotland, founded by William Grant in 1886. As the fourth expression in Glenfiddich's Experimental Series, this single malt marries peated and unpeated whiskies aged in bourbon barrels before undergoing a unique finishing period in Latin American rum casks. The result is an exquisite clash of smoky peat (the 'Fire') and rich, sweet toffee (the 'Cane'). This expression pays homage to Glenfiddich's spirit of innovation, combining the traditional, soft Speyside water and local barley with exotic cask finishes to challenge conventional malt profiles.

Founded in 1886 by William Grant and constructed by hand with the help of his family, Glenfiddich Distillery is situated in the heart of Dufftown in Scotland's renowned Speyside region. Still independently owned by William Grant & Sons, the distillery made history in 1963 by pioneering the international single malt Scotch whisky category beyond traditional blended scotch. Glenfiddich crafts its spirits using the pristine waters of the nearby Robbie Dhu springs, distilling through distinctive copper pot stills and maintaining its own on-site cooperage to oversee maturation in premium American and European oak casks.
