This exceptional single malt represents a rare collision of Scottish distilling heritage and French viticultural artistry. Aged for over three decades, its defining character comes from an unusually long nine-year finish in French Bordeaux red wine casks after initial maturation in American oak. The name pays homage to the grand châteaux of Bordeaux, weaving the classic Speyside profile of ripe orchard fruits and heather honey with the deep, opulent layers of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and warm spice derived from the wine casks. It is a liquid testament to patience and cross-border terroir fusion.

Glenfiddich Distillery blev grundlagt i 1886 af William Grant og opført ved håndkraft med hjælp fra hans familie.
