Hailing from the valley of the deer ('Glenfiddich' in Gaelic), this legendary Speyside single malt is a testament to the vision of William Grant, who established the distillery in 1887 with the help of his nine children. The Rare Collection 30 Year Old is meticulously nurtured by the Malt Master, who hand-selects individual casks of Spanish Oloroso sherry and American bourbon oak. These spirits are married together to create an exceptionally rich, deep expression. The pristine water source, the Robbie Dhu spring, and the uniquely shaped copper pot stills—which have remained unchanged since the distillery's founding—contribute to its signature orchard fruit and subtle floral character, layered with decades of oak, dark chocolate, and warm sherry spice.

Glenfiddich Distillery blev grundlagt i 1886 af William Grant og opført ved håndkraft med hjælp fra hans familie.
