The Special Jubilee Reserve 25 Year Old represents the zenith of this historic distillery's art, where a quarter-century of patient maturation in the cool Scottish climate transforms the bright, pear-inflected new make spirit into a masterpiece of complexity. Drawing mineral-rich water from Josie's Well and distilled in the famous lantern-shaped copper pot stills designed by founder George Smith, the spirit is aged in hand-selected oak casks. Over twenty-five years, the wood breathes in the Speyside air, imparting rich layers of dark chocolate, dried figs, warm baking spices, and toasted oak, while preserving the distillery's signature floral elegance.
