This incredibly rare liquid was laid down in 1967 by Captain Bill Smith-Grant, the last distilling descendant of The Glenlivet's founder, George Smith. It matured for half a century under the watchful eyes of generations of master distillers, culminating in its release under the curation of Master Distiller Alan Winchester. Housed in a hand-blown glass decanter designed by Scottish artist Brodie Nairn, this expression speaks to the slow, silent passage of time in the remote Glenlivet valley. The spirit itself is a liquid archive of Speyside history, showing unparalleled complexity born from fifty years of interaction with exceptional oak casks.
