The spirit is first distilled in Glenmorangie's signature copper stills—the tallest in Scotland, which ensure only the lightest, purest vapors ascend to create an exceptionally elegant spirit. It is then aged in bourbon casks before undergoing a finishing period in sweet Marsala wine casks from Sicily.
