In 1990, this grand stone building was transformed into a state-of-the-art stillhouse, home to Glenmorangie's legendary copper stills—the tallest in Scotland, designed to capture only the purest, most elegant vapors. The inaugural release of this collection, distilled in 1990 and bottled in 2017, represents a triumph over adversity. The 1990 barley harvest was notoriously difficult, yet the resulting spirit, nurtured for over a quarter-century in select ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, emerged as a masterpiece of complexity.
