This single malt spends its first ten years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before undergoing a two-year extra-maturation process in hand-selected Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks from Spain. This dual-cask maturation infuses the whisky with luscious notes of dark chocolate, dried fruits, honeycomb, and warm spices, reflecting a rich heritage of distilling craftsmanship that dates back to 1843.
