This exceptional single malt is distilled in Scotland's tallest copper pot stills—which rise to the height of an adult giraffe—ensuring only the lightest, purest vapors ascend to condense into spirit. The Quarter Century is a masterclass in wood management, having spent twenty-five years maturing in a meticulous selection of casks, including American white oak ex-bourbon barrels, Spanish Oloroso sherry butts, and French Burgundy casks.
