This flagship vodka is crafted using single-origin soft winter wheat sourced from the breadbasket of France, the Picardy region. Unlike highly rectified spirits that strip away all character, this expression undergoes a precise continuous column distillation process designed to retain the natural, delicate essence of the grain. The distillate is then blended with pristine spring water naturally filtered through limestone. The result is a spirit of exceptional purity and character, presenting a nose of delicate floral notes and sweet citrus, leading to a round, creamy palate with hints of almond and a clean, satisfying finish. It stands as a benchmark for the super-premium vodka category, celebrating the inherent quality of its agricultural ingredients.

Grey Goose blev grundlagt i 1997 af den amerikanske iværksætter Sidney Frank i tæt samarbejde med Maître de Chai François Thibault, og brandet revolutionerede markedet for luksusspiritus ved at skabe en super-premium vodka forankret i fransk gastronomisk håndværk. Vodkaen destilleres på 100 % blød vinterhvede høstet i Picardiet – Frankrigs historiske kornkammer – hvorefter den i Cognac-regionen blendes med rent kildevand fra Gensac-la-Pallue, der er naturligt filtreret gennem underjordiske kalkstenslag. Bacardi overtog brandet i 2004, men Grey Goose fremstilles fortsat efter Thibaults kompromisløse single-origin-principper fra mark til flaske. Vodkaen er verdenskendt for sin usædvanligt bløde og elegante profil, der byder på diskrete florale aromaer, en fin sødme og en ren, afrundet finish.
