This flagship cuvée is crafted from the absolute finest parcels of Shiraz, predominantly sourced from ancient, low-yielding vines in McLaren Vale, occasionally complemented by premium fruit from other historic South Australian regions. Winemakers employ traditional techniques, including open-top fermenters and basket pressing, followed by extensive maturation in premium French oak barrels.
