The Nottage Hill range is a cornerstone of the Hardys portfolio, named in honor of Thomas Nottage, the nephew of founder Thomas Hardy. Thomas Nottage dedicated an astonishing 66 years of his life to managing the Tintara vineyards, and this range was launched in 1967 to celebrate his remarkable devotion and contribution to the estate. Sourced from selected vineyards across South Eastern Australia, this Sauvignon Blanc is crafted to showcase a vibrant, fruit-forward style. The winemakers utilize cool-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape's natural aromatic intensity, bright tropical fruit notes, and crisp acidity, completely avoiding oak contact to keep the final wine clean, lively, and refreshing.
