Thomas Nottage dedicated an incredible 66 years of service to the Tintara Winery, and this range was created to celebrate his legacy and devotion. Sourced from select vineyards across South Eastern Australia, this wine is a classic representation of the region's approachable, fruit-driven style. The winemaking focuses on preserving the vibrant primary fruit characteristics of Shiraz, utilizing temperature-controlled fermentation followed by maturation with oak to add subtle complexity, soft tannins, and a touch of spice.

Established in 1853 by Devon immigrant Thomas Hardy—widely venerated as the father of the South Australian wine industry—Hardys stands as one of the quintessential pillars of Australian viticultural history. Operating from its spiritual home at the historic Tintara cellars in McLaren Vale since the 1870s, the house leverages both estate vineyards and cross-regional grower partnerships spanning South Eastern Australia.
