Sourced from select vineyards across South Eastern Australia, this wine is a classic representation of the region's approachable, fruit-driven style. The winemaking focuses on preserving the vibrant primary fruit characteristics of Shiraz, utilizing temperature-controlled fermentation followed by maturation with oak to add subtle complexity, soft tannins, and a touch of spice.
