Hardys Nottage Hill Shiraz is a cornerstone of the Hardys portfolio, named in honor of Thomas Nottage, the nephew of founder Thomas Hardy. Thomas Nottage dedicated an incredible 66 years of service to the Tintara Winery, and this range was created to celebrate his legacy and devotion. Sourced from select vineyards across South Eastern Australia, this wine is a classic representation of the region's approachable, fruit-driven style. The winemaking focuses on preserving the vibrant primary fruit characteristics of Shiraz, utilizing temperature-controlled fermentation followed by maturation with oak to add subtle complexity, soft tannins, and a touch of spice.
