Hendrick's, produced in Girvan, Scotland, by William Grant & Sons, is a renowned producer of distilled spirits, categorized here under 'Other' as it is not a traditional grape-based wine. The production process typically utilizes two distinct types of stills: a Bennett pot still and a Carter-Head copper column still. This combination distills a neutral grain spirit infused with a proprietary blend of botanicals, classically highlighted by cucumber and Bulgarian rose petals. Because this is a distilled spirit, it does not feature a grape blend, vineyard terroir, or traditional wine aging processes, focusing instead on botanical infusion and distillation precision.

Hendrick's blev lanceret i 1999 af det familieejede destilleri William Grant & Sons og fremstilles i det dedikerede Gin Palace i Girvan i det skotske Ayrshire. Master Distiller Lesley Gracie revolutionerede moderne ginproduktion ved at forene destillater fra to vidt forskellige, historiske kobberkedler: en fyldig Bennett pot still fra 1860 og en elegant Carter-Head vapour infusion still fra 1948.
