Released in 2002 as a successor to the famed Hennessy Timeless, Ellipse is presented in a striking, avant-garde Baccarat crystal decanter designed by Thomas Bastide. This ultra-rare assemblage brings together seven exceptional, historic eaux-de-vie, each selected by a different generation of the Fillioux dynasty. Distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the premier crus of Cognac, primarily Grande Champagne, these components have slumbered for decades in French Limousin oak casks.
