This expression highlights the prestigious 'Fine Champagne' designation, a harmonious marriage of eaux-de-vie sourced exclusively from the two premier crus of the region: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne, with the former making up at least half of the blend. Crafted primarily from Ugni Blanc grapes, the eaux-de-vie undergo traditional double-distillation in copper Charentais stills before embarking on a slow maturation process in French Limousin oak casks. This specific bottling evokes a sense of nostalgia, celebrating the elegant, floral, and deeply complex profiles that defined historic blending books, offering a sensory journey through notes of dried apricots, subtle spices, and toasted oak.
