The spirit within is a masterfully crafted Cognac, distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes harvested from the premier crus of the Cognac region, including Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. Double-distilled in traditional copper Charentais stills, the eaux-de-vie are aged in fine-grained Limousin oak casks. Founded in 1765 by Irish officer Richard Hennessy in the historic town of Cognac, France, Hennessy has grown to become the world's most celebrated Cognac house.
