This ultra-premium Cognac is crafted from some of the scarcest and most historic eaux-de-vie in Hennessy's reserves, with some components dating back to the early 19th century, carefully preserved in the historic Founder's Cellar. Distilled from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in the finest crus of the Cognac region, primarily Grande Champagne, the eaux-de-vie undergo traditional double-distillation in copper Charentais alembic stills before their exceptionally long sleep in French Limousin oak casks.
